Famine Protein Bar
R&D project : est. completion January 2026
OTH is working with a large ($2B turnover) Australian food creation ingredient blending company to create / formulate a highly nutritious “Famine Protein Bar” to be produced from available “waste" ingredients that can be locally sourced in any country or region and rapidly produced and freely distributed directly to those in high need of sustenance - war, famine, fires, flood - made available wherever human life/death emergencies occur.
Working with abattoirs
Chickens are industrially grown and processed in almost every country in the world and are neutral when it comes to cultural and religious issues. Many of the by-products of chicken production are either discarded or rendered into low value products such as stock feed and pet food.
Give OTH a large chicken processor in a region impacted by disaster, and in need of relief, and it will be able to create an abundance of alternative proteins, edible tallow, calcium and medical products currently not available
Powdered food
In many countries is not the lack of horticulture that is the problem. It is the lack of infrastructure to transport, store and process fresh produce. The issue is that de to poor infrastructure fresh produce has limited utility and spoils quickly. Imagine if fresh produce could be dried and powdered with a 24 month use by date rather than 2-7 days. OTH has developed a unique drying and powdering technology that can be located in farming communities processing produce in real time
